Great location for visiting Pitt. Hotel a bit tired. Parking fee is unfortunate.

Liked the fitness room, shops nearby.

The front staff was really nice

do not know where to start ..had to get new room keys 4 times did not work ,,and they were no where near a phone .on upper floors ,pain to keep taking elevator back and forth .The suite had not been updated since 1975 ,rugs ,furniture ,.The lamps had no switches ,but a button that one hand had to hold lamp to put on.Lighting, especially bathroom ,was dark. No soundproofing ,heard police ,ambulances all night .

We were very upset that after reading there was an option of free self parking we were only given the option of valet parking for 35.00. Being on a fixed budget this put a strain on the visit. That should be fixed

The property was very clean and had valet parking. It is very close to the Petersen Event Center (we were there for a concert) and to many local places to eat and explore.

I payed for my room and parking and didn't even get free breakfast ,,, and still waiting on my deposit that they said I would get after ,, check out

This property was perfect location for the concwet at peterson event center. A very short walk. Room was clean and front desk staff were kind and friendly.

Valet parking, in and out access, close to most things in Oakland.

I specifically asked for a quiet room. I’m beside the gym. Since 4 am there has been loud banging from people dropping weights. Also, housekeeping tried to come in before 8am. Clearly staff do not read requests or communicate regarding visitors’ wishes.

Come here once a year and the staff are always great! The bar tender last night 9/17/25 was fabulous!!! Super accommodating!
