Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place

People started showing up at 2 to check in so they could get to the field for the game and they didn’t check anyone in so the lobby was full of people and their stuff and everyone was not happy

The valet parking

Very nice, helpful front desk staff, great location near the University.

Entering the garage to park was confusing. They need better, bigger signage to indicate where to pull in. And perhaps provide info about where the parking is when you book the hotel.

The room was uncomfortable. The curtains had a tear in them. We had to pay extra for breakfast and parking

the room photos online looked bright and modern. However, the room we stayed in was completely differnt. IT felt like an old room. Even with all the lights on, it was still dark. The shower faucet was an old, fixed, non-retractable one. The bathtub had rust on it. It was a stark contrast to other Hilton hotels I've stayed in other countries.
