"Do better in welcoming your guest when they come in? You should let your guests feel welcomed!"

There was no greeting when we walked in. I got no name I gotta know how are you? How was your day? Have a great day. I got no smile did not feel that I was welcomed or my family. Not even a smile.

When you walk in, you should at least get a greeting and say thank you for choosing us something. But nothing what's given not even greeting.

"Queen instead of a king, but nice place."

Nice hotel. Close to the airport.

A little pricey, but to be expected. Booked a king, but got put in a queen room. Gave me free parking for the room inconvenience, but meh.

I stayed for 3 days. I did not know that you only refresh the rooms every other day. So no clean towels, coffee, etc.

The representative Regina G. at this location made my experience wonderful. I spoke to her at the airport and was quickly accommodated with the shuttle. The check in was a breeze and hotels cleanliness was unbelievable. The representative and the drivers were excellent. I would definitely stay at The Four Points By Sheraton again. .
