Comfortable and large room & bed; good size bathroom. Lobby bar and afternoon live music were great - and staff were very friendly and helpful

Great building & location. Comfortable rooms. The Old Town Trolley Tours have a stop near the hotel & that was handy.

Cost of room was pricey & didnt include breakfast.

The customer service at our hotel, particularly the valet staff, was excellent. Tanner and Darren were especially friendly and helpful. We were pleased to have proactive, polite, and competent service after many hours of traveling. Keep up the great work!

Breakfast was excellent. The lady serving us was wonderful. Polite , cheerful and attentive with being intr Wonderful building; Bed very comfortable - goods nights sleep every night

Service at the bar was OK - but not great. Seemed to be only one experienced bar person and if he was not around it was all a bit hit and miss

The hotel building is very impressive. The main atrium and bar area was inaccessible on 2 of the 4 days of our stay due to a private function, which is not great for hotel guests. The room facilities are spartan. There was no tea making facility, towelling robes or literature about the hotel facilities . Room service Breakfast tea was delivered minus milk and the used cups and tray was not removed from our room for the entirety of our stay. When we were ready to leave and asked reception if they could book a taxi to take us to the airport, they said they didn’t do that and gave us a card to arrange one ourselves. We have NEVER had this from any other hotel we have stayed in. I approached the concierge for help as we needed a taxi quickly, they were extremely helpful and booked one immediately. The restaurant service and food was good.

I Can’t express how amazing Nadia and Eddie were. Their kindness and helpfulness was above and beyond, Nadia had a good sense of knowing when someone is in need of help and is a great problem solver. Nashville is a go go go type place so for someone to actually take the time out of their day and help instead of moving on to the next person shows just how amazing their heart is and that they are peoples, people. The world needs more people like that! 10/10 recommend!

Elijah was the first person to greet me as I pulled into the hotel. He was ther 3 of the 4 days I stayed. He always greeted me by name and was very polite young man. He made my stay pleasant. Your company is lucky to have him. I will recommend him to my teammates.

Elijah was great he was the greeter outside the hotel where we were waiting for our ghost tour and he offered us water and even called the company to make sure they were still running the tour because it was raining. He was very thoughtful and made me and my friend feel special

Our valet Elijah was great. We had never been here before and there really wasn’t a sign saying yes this is the Marriott hotel you are looking for! We pulled up and Elijah was super chill in helping us feel comfortable, unload the truck and took it off our hands. Room is gorgeous, we will definitely be back.

Chris, Elijah and Elliott were all a wonderful welcome to the hotel. Elijah and Elliott were prompt and helpful with our car and extremely friendly. Chris was a wealth of knowledge with the hotel and history. A very wonderful welcome to a beautiful hotel.
