The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection

ELIJAH at the front desk checked us in and he was absolutely amazing. He made sure that we have a beautiful room in this beautiful hotel. It is a very historic hotel and the Customer Service is amazing and the location is perfect. Excellent!!!

Yousef was a great help the entire time we were having our SKO. He assisted from our first evening with the happy hour through each day following during our conference. The hotel was great, large rooms and modern amenities. Staff as a whole were very helpful.

The hotel is awesome, beautiful, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Especially Yousef, Marina and Elijah. They were always ready to help with a smile on their faces. I came in on a business trip and I would highly recommend staying there.

Our second visit, and it was a repeat of the outstanding experience from our first visit. Friendly, professional, and efficient check in. Chris at the bellman station is gem! Our room was stunning, and of course the entire building is part of the attraction. And again, everyone we encountered was a hospitality professional. Well trained, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have stayed at many of the premium properties in Nashville - Union Station is the best and it is not even close.

Yousef E... Fantastic service and great drinks at The Union Station the Yards! In town on business. Great scenery, hotel is gorgeous and beautifully appointed. We are planning second trip. Very close to main bars and strip in Nashville. Do yourself a solid and visit.

Cool historical building

Room was small for the price

A simply gorgeous historic property with attention to detail and splendid service. I could sit in the lobby and marvel at the decor for hours. From the beautiful stained glass, to the etched stone of breathtaking. The rooms are just fantastic as well. Just a few blocks from all the fun of Broadway- an easy walk.

The property has kept the wonderful station architecture and used the space well. The staff were welcoming and the room we had was spacious as we were 3 adults sharing. The food was not as good as the price of it would imply. We had a very salty salad and the coffee was weak, however both these things were remedied by the wonderful and efficient staff. If I were to stay again I would ask for room on the upper floors not overlooking the reception. The rooms on the ground floor with a patio would probably be lovely in warmer times!
