It was pretty

They didn’t have my room available at 8:30 pm ! They couldn’t find my reservation even tho I gave them the email . They still acted like I did something wrong . Staff lady who checked me in was not helpful, not empathetic and honestly set the mood for the rest of the night don’t get me started on the restaurant situation. Tho the manager of that was great .

Staff was awesome. Food very good.

We picked room as you had that little couch. My husband has to sleep in chair sitting up, but something more comfortable such as a recliner would help.

Being charged for valet by the place you’re staying at is insane, especially when you don’t have any other parking. $300 a night and not even a continental breakfast. Not literature in the room on how to contact room service or surrounding food.

This hotel was one of the worst I have stayed at in 25 years of being a (Starwood) / Marriott elite member (15 straight years Platinum or better). I felt like I should reach out to Marriott given itis run by a franchisee (First Hospitality) and they should consider revoking their ownership if possible. In a nutshell: *Room was dirty, especially around the sink *TV was unplugged *Desk lamp did not work *Rooftop bar / restaurant was loud, cold, and served very mediocre food (almost inedible margherita pizza) *The Executive Lounge or whatever it is called was awful: coffee was so bad I stopped after one drink, there was only little single serves of fake creamer (really, no real creamer?), and the overall selection looked perfect for a Super 8 Motel -- notably no other breakfast options at a Renaissance branded hotel? That is crazy... *And, unforgivably, the sink and shower water got up to a very unpleasant 70 degrees or so, requiring a very quick cold shower -- 4 other people from my firm were staying there last night and we all had the cold shower, so clearly it was the whole hotel Shockingly bad experience, gross inattention to detail, and clear mismanagement. I'll let Marriott know also. The fact that these same issues showed up on the Marriott reviews posted online and that they still have done nothing to resolve them is a clear indication that your team should not be running this hotel.

They let us know there were potential air conditioning issues in our room upon check in but by the time we got back from dinner, all was fixed. Staff was very kind. Very nice rooftop bar.

The valet was not very attentive when I arrived, but I understand it’s because they were very busy. The line to checkin was to the door. I waited about 10 min to checkin. My Marriott status was not recognized. But again, I understand they were busy and just want to get through everyone waiting. The room was not any special. I came here for the Garmin Toledo and hoping to get good night sleep. However, there was this buzzing sound all night. I think the buzzing sound is from the next door who has phone in vibrate. The sound proof wasn’t good and I hear people closing door, talking on hallway throughout the night. The room is not very clean either. It was dusty like underneath the table and cookie crumbs on chair… I requested slipper twice and they did not deliver. The second day when the valet is less busy, the valet was able to bring my car in a reasonable time.

Everything was great minus the expensive valet .

Wonderful experience will definitely be back!
