The jeep nostalgia Renaissance was a great place to stay and I would always stay there

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Toledo downtown Marriott and my experience with nothing short of exceptional from the moment I called to confirm my reservation the third shift team, especially Mary and Adrian set the tone for the amazing stay. Both of them were incredibly helpful, patient and welcoming over the phone and that same warmth carried over the moment I walked through the doors check-in was fast and effortless, and throughout my day that continue to go above and beyond every time I came into the lobby, they greeted me with genuine smiles at a level of hospitality that made me feel like family rather than a guest Mary and Adrian truly stood out and elevated my entire experience. They represent the best of what Marriott hospitality should be professional, personable, and committed to making guests feel at home, their kindness and attentiveness are a major asset to the Renaissance Toledo downtown and absolutely a big reason I’ll be returning. I highly recommend this hotel especially thanks to the outstanding third shift staff.

Great service and friendly. At the front desk, Molly and Kaitlin made sure everything was great. And Tyler took care of us at the valet. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Mary was fantastic! And the view is great! Highly recommend the riverside view and the rest of the staff went above and beyond!

The Heights restaurant, amazing views but needs a more robust menu. Rooms, standard and ok even if the bathroom door blocks the shower entrance and barely clears the front of the toilet. Having to wait for an elevator for 20min bcuz they were closed off for the college football team in town no one cares about to get them to their rooms undisturbed, not thrilled about. Valet simply not pulling out cars around (2 requested 15min before needed) and having to walk to them ourselves in the range, unacceptable. Do better!

Good hotel and good valet. I had a pleasant experience checking in and the room was clean. Would stay here again if I’m in Toledo.
