"Awesome stay at the renaissance"

Tyler at the valet lot was great. Room was very clean and fresh. Just down the street from Christmas lights in the park and overlooking the waterway.

"Awesome Hotel and Staff."

Great hotel with many amenities. Mia at the front desk is absolutely amazing, always willing to assist. Holly and Anna in the Executive Lounge are true servants at heart. What a great experience. I travel 200 + days per year- by far the best experience in the past 2 years.

This hotel is so nice! Clean - clearly new renovation looks great. But most importantly ALL of the people who work here have been wonderful, mary K was so Friendly and helpful at the front desk. Everyone we met who worked at the hotel were top notch professionals. Thank you!

"Family event at the heights"

Went to the heights with the family and had an amazing time great food. Chris the valet made it worth the experience . He is definitely funny from the moment I drove up he made me like family all around great people great personality very professional would definitely come back. Hope he see this post “Chris you had my family laughing so much thanks!! We need ed that”

"A Renaissance Thanksgiving weekend"

Jake, Jules & B are the best valet attendants by far, fast efficient and extremely personable. Hannah the bartender & server at the Heights restaurant provided the ultimate experience for our Thanksgiving away from home. Her attention to detail is superb.
