SpringHill Suites by Marriott Memphis East Galleria

It was a really nice trip. I was surprised that the hotel had absolutely no ice machines on either floor! We had the ice bucket but were to.d to go to the other Marriott hotel to get ice. That was the only glitch we experienced. All in all I would come back and I have recommended this hotel to other family members.

I was happy with the hotel until I saw mold around the shower faucet. I didn’t see it until I started my shower, but at that point I didn’t want to change rooms. I went and purchased a swimsuit to enjoy some time in the spa, but it was covered with plastic and out of order.

Was clean and average but was lacking the Marriott standards I expect

Property was clean. Worst breakfast I've ever encountered in all my years of travel. A complete joke. Couldn't even keep fresh coffee out.

They gave us a handicap accessible room which I did not ask for. The hotel is short staffed. Breakfast was limited. They had no coffee at 8:15 in the morning. No cream. The front desk person had to assist with breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible and room door did not lock. I did like the young gentleman at check in. Super nice should get a raise.

It was an ok stay. The bed was to hard. To me i think it needs some updating. The complimentary breakfast was very slim. There wasnt really a variety. Customer service was very friendly though

I was very impressed with the hotel. Other than a couple cosmetic flaws in the room, and pillows extremely soft, everything was nice! Breakfast was great including pancakes, eggs, bacon, bagels, english muffins, and bread. Stayed 3 nights. Would stay again.
