SpringHill Suites by Marriott Memphis East Galleria

The young lady (was on shift from 7am to 3pm, can't remember her name) who helped me at check in was very professional. She made sure our check in went smooth. The hotel interior can use se upgrading. It looks outdated and the hallway smells musty. The rooms were nice though.

Just minutes away from pretty much anywhere. Loved the convenience of nearby shopping and entertainment.

It was clean and roomy.

The hotel double charged me and my room smelled like smoke.

Everything was good. Clean, quiet and workers were very courteous.

I didn’t like the people next door was very loud kids screaming running down the hall they didnt want to give face towels

I was really satisfied with the front desk and how friendly and courteous she was. The stay was great , the free breakfast was lacking in freshness but I didn’t stay there for the breakfast and I will be happy to stay in future.

It was an okay hotel, fine for a one-night stay. The cleanliness was lacking, and when we got into our room, it smelled strongly of food. We could hear our neighbor using the microwave, and there were stains on the ground. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not something I’d be willing to stay in again.

The pool and workout facility were not available. These were the main reasons for our stay.

Room carpet was stained. Room smells like cigarette smoke. Had to wait for them to replenish the breakfast items.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay for a family event. It’s next to the mall and plenty of eating places in walking distances. Their pool is out of Order but we were able to go to Fairfield Inn that is literally 500 steps away. Great stay, tall African American guy with dreads checked us in and he was extremely helpful and polite. We will definitely stay here again. Nice area.
