Studios and Suites 4 Less Gum Road

This used to be Best Western executive Plus. Was decent hotel. Made a reservation for three weeks 21 days at $294 a a week paid for the first two weeks third week charge me 322 told me that the rates are subject to change. That's not true I made a deal for 21 days at 294. They did not honor their deal. But what do you expect from low lifes. Hotels okay caters to a lower class of people. The owner has police on the weekends guard his hotel to keep the riff-raff out. Maintenance is at at all times low. The elevators been broke for 2 weeks Wi-Fi is hanging off the ceiling the documents holder for the elevator is bent and unrepaired. Had no hot water on 2 separate days. They blamed my room. Hotel is slowly declining into a D grade hotel. If your on a budget and don't mine little to no service. This is your place and your franchise. Word of advice get your rate in writing. The change it DAILY. Unlike there sheets.

Needs new furniture in rooms.

Room was dirty. Excrement or dried blood looking substance on bed sheets. They did apologize and change the sheets. Blow dryer doesn't work. Lamps unplugged, had to move dressers to plug in . TV not connected to cable box, had to connect ourself. Large electrical area on wall uncovered. Dirty wash cloth in shower.

Great stay

I had amazing service from Amanda at the front desk. The room was very clean and spacious. Will definitely be returning in the future. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Wonderful staff great room thank you . There was a stale smell but because of the area the salt water it will do that but they all have been very good..they all work Hard! We just put a nueterlizer in and it solved everything besides that it's been excellent great staff and hard workers !great staff ty

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in I couldn't sleep because people was walking the hallway all night. Hotel room door didn't work. It was one thing after another. The ice machine didn't work. The rooms had a musty smell. Nothing was clean.

I don't like that the hotel allows smoking in the rooms. The hallway always smelled of cigarettes.

The room was quite acceptable with a small common area with it own TV and was clean. The bathroom had an oversize toilet with the seat too small for it. The front staff took care of you needs but did not seem to friendly. The key cards would only work for a day or two then had to be re keyed which was a pain when your room was at the other end of the building so you had to walk clear around the building to get to the front desk. Also this was the first motel I have ever stayed in without at least coffee or a continental breakfast offered. Also the coffee maker in the room only had regular coffee, decaf was not available

Comfy hotel near sites for good price. Hallway did have odd smell but room ok. No breakfast but near lots of restaurants. Would stay again
