Studios and Suites 4 Less Gum Road

This place is need of renovation. The furniture, though comfortable, is beginning to look shabby and stained. Both employees who helped me were nice.

The property has weird smell to it and rooms have ants and roaches. The property manager, an Indian guy, goes around knocking on doors 5 mins before 11 am reminding that it is checkout time. He then tries to be funny, not realizing that he is obscenely rude. I would recommend staying some place else, we were driving through the city so spending 1 night was just bearable. They should do a thorough cleaning and pest control of the motel.

It was clean, staff was courteous, and our stay was enjoyable. Would book again.

It was just what we needed for one night in town. I would stay for a quick trip again. The price was also right for the quick stay.

Hotel reminded me of a corner store with items that was for sale on counter. The halls smelled like smoke and I could tell that I got what a paid for. Employees need uniforms their work atire was a bad representation. Didnt look professional.

The room was clean very clean but had to open window and put AC on high to ease the over spraying of cleaning materials.

I received a discount on the location from Expedia & I should have paid full price for better quality as usual. I recommend this location if you must travel on a budget & do not have small children. The rooms wreak of past cigarettes (I'm pregnant, so I travel with plug-ins of my own thankfully), the sheets have been washed 22 millions times in cheap detergent & the carpets desperately need to be pulled & changed. The remote (with batteries exposed lol) also failed to pair with the television somehow.

I was skeptical because the hallway smelled of smoke, but the room was clean and fresh, bed was a little to soft. If you have back problems, I’d reconsider. All in all, nice stay.

Great spacious room. My only complaint was there was a slightly stagnant smell, but a great room for the money

We had been travelling for 3 weeks -and this was the best motel we stayed in while away. When we checked in the clerk noticed I had difficullty in walking so he gave us a room very close to the front door. Clean, spacious, comfortable. We had a wonderful time here.
