The room was spacious and comfortable, but very warm. The bathroom was dirty. The dining area at breakfast wasn’t impressive. Again dirty not many staff working

Lovely room very clean huge comfy bed ! though only one towel in bathroom . Breakfast was excellent .

The hotel was great staff were excellent and friendly. The only criticism I have the extortionateprices they charges for parking £40.per day which all adds to your expense. That's all thank you.

For a price hotel have for night,must upgrade wi-fi,tv chanells,bigger tv and ferniture.Bed is ok,stuff are verry good and kitchen-food very good,expecialy breakfast

Staff very professional and courteous. Room comfy enough but no control for heating for as long as I can remember.

Very sad that hotel did not acknowledge my complaint on the last trip regarding squeaking bed, I gave them another chance, room was very noisy and fire alarm sounded 3 times in a night, breakfast waitress very unfriendly, had better welcome and more help at local greasy spoon café, I will not be booking this hotel again.

I use this hotel when travelling for work. And in that respect it's perfectly acceptable , conveniently located and fairly cheap most of the time. I wouldn't choose to stay here for leisure though as it is a bit dated and worn and rooms are noisy.

Very clean n tidy !! Food really nice but a bit expensive . Apart from that would stay again and would recommend it to my work colleagues.

Use the hotel before going to work good friendly staff and rooms are clean

Hallmark hasn’t changed that much since it was the Sgian Dubh. Rooms are clean but tired looking and the beds are uncomfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again.
