Aberdeen Airport Dyce Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

Don't wish to complain. Stay here alot for work reasons. Hotel usually excellent. But got room 216 other day.. Think it's not been used in a long time. I killed over 10 moth type insect things flying attracted to my bed side light. Was horrible experience. Would a said to staff in the morning but desk was un manned at 450am when I went to check out.

Fair, from the point of view that the two day event I was attending was in the hotel. Other than that, this is a rundown old fashioned Motel from the70,s in bad need of a bulldozer.

Very welcoming and huge room. No lift but do offer porterage. Great airport transport. Def recommend

This hotel is on the train station side of the airport, the front desk arranges a shuttle that was fast and on time. It is more of a motel, the rooms are across a walkway and parking lot from the desk, entered from an unlocked door. As a solo traveler I didn't feel very secure about that and made sure to lock my room door and window. the room was very clean as was the bathroom, there was a large flat screen tv that worked just fine.

Friendly greeting, hotel really tired, not sure what I was expecting but it was more like a motel than a hotel. Hotel bathroom not very appealing shower was not great and mould across tiles. Food was not great and overpriced for what it was. Won’t be returning.

Booked through Expedia but when checking in hallmark did not have me booked. They gave me a room but they said there was no record of booking.

The first room I was given had a stopper in the sink which would not come out, so the water wouldn't drain. I was then given a second room which had a toilet that required four or five pulls of the lever to flush. I reported the problem and was told a maintenance worker would come, but no-one ever did. Another annoyance was ordering room service, which required three phone calls because the hotel doesn't allow customers to run a bill which is paid upon leaving, as in most hotels. Everything had to paid up front. Also there was no computer station available for guests. The only positives were that the room was quiet and the food was good.

Got charged £5 each car for overnight stay!!@ thought was first night free then there after £5 per night

Very big hotel with a annexe style extra wing. The only problem was the helicopters taking off and landing however once you close the windows it was great. Free parking and digital TV..... I would stay again
