There was a dancing event on which lasted all night the music was very loud

I was happy to learn of the shuttle bus service to the airport the following morning! This hotel supplied biscuits with the tea / coffee. Very warm comfortable quiet clean stay! Thank you!

It is a very old building that needs a lot of doing up.There is no lifts so if your not on the first floor you have to carry your bags and suitcase up a stairs.Staff friendly but I won’t be going back

Andrew was outstanding in ensuring my stay was the best it could be. In addition, this place is putting out some of the best food I had anywhere in UK

No bars of soap in room. Wash hand basin did not look as though cleaned properly. Seemed as though electric razor had been clean at basin but basin not then cleaned properly. Unable to position Shower head properly due to mounting socket being worn. Showered by holding shower head in hand

The whole is tired, rundown, the beds are absolutely awful, the carpets unbelievable dirty.

Mould around the bath taps and it was like stepping into a place like where Chernobyl was, shower curtain very smelly and not clean, the rooms don't deserve 3 Stars, it would pushing a 1 Star in my opinion

The property is not bad for the price range , the rooms where nice and clean. the one complaint i would have was that i think the restaurant kitchen towels where laundered with the towels for the rooms which left them smelling if onion when i went to use it .

I did not like having to flush the toilet to get rid of the previous residents deposit I did not like having to pay £5 to park my car,and for that reason I will not be using this hotel again

Stayed for one night . Nice big comfortable room 'easy check in and out .friendly staff and a nice breakfast .bar a bit pricey.
