The room was very spacious, and clean, and we really appreciated the daily refilling of the complimentary items such as water, coffee, and chocolate.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, especially in the communal areas, and overall would benefit from renovation.

We stayed 25th March to 29th March . Room 001 . Very specious room with extra seating area and small garden . In UK this type of rooms are very rear we saw . Washroom also nice and good space . Location just walking from Princes street and near by Station as well . We are Three ( 2Adlt & 1 Child ) . Breakfast was normal but if you request somenting extra they try to full fill . Thanks to Team VOCO EDINBURG .

We had a great stay and particularly due to Eduart who was just a lovely man with an unbelievable attitude. We travelled with our 3 month old boy, a crib was arranged and all the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel itself is on a quiet street tucked behind Calton Hill - excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to let us store our bags prior to check in. The room was comfortable with everything you would expect.

The bed felt a bit on the small side, but that's a minor gripe.

All the staff were excellent, they made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and very relaxing. The overall ambiance is very relaxing.

As it’s an old building the windows are quite thin so the rooms aren’t very warm
