Due to location, there are no ground floor rooms available at the property. Access to The Old Waverley requires climbing 27 steps to our first floor reception area. If you arrive with luggage there is a bell to call a porter to assist you. The hotel has elevator access to every floor above reception, once you reach this level. Chose the Old Waverly hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint very convenient for our family to reach Old Town, Rabbies bus tours and AirLink100 bus!

Bath has a high tub to climb over when shower and room is a little small, but it served its purpose.

Right on Princes Street. Excellent breakfast

The lift helped but there were still a lot of stairs that you had to climb. Not a problem, just had done a lot of walking
