We made reservations stating to booking.com we are travelling with a pet, this did not get conveyed to the hotel. At hotel extra costs had to be made to accommodate us in a room suitable for pets. Staff where very helpful and advises all travellers to contact them directly.

"Better than the others - Nice staff and lovely rooms"

Staying with a coach visit - our room is lovely very comfortable and clean room . Staff are all very professional and friendly - we have Enjoyed the food but would suffer they cook the vegetables a little more

Sehr gemütliche Lounge. Man kann sehr gut essen. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch in Ordnung. Personal ist sehr emsig und räumt schmutziges Geschirr sofort weg. Zimmer sind toll und sauber.
