Salutation Hotel

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.

Hotel looks dated. Bathroom for superior family room not adequate. A bath with a hose which didn’t produce much heat or water.

Clean, great location and a nice comfy bed. Loads of food options and the rest of Perth within walking distance.

Quite a bit of noise from the corridor when people were coming and going.

Cheap but cheerful. A good place to stay in Perth. We were only there for 1 night so I don’t have too much to say, but it was a nice hotel, clean, staff were lovely, and the location was good as there was a carpark near and nice views.

Good central location close to bus stops. Lovely period hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. Great dinner and breakfast, lots of options. Could drop my bags off prior to checkout in.

Found rubbish under the bed, hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The rest of the room was fine.

Porridge was beautiful. Compliments to the chef. Room was all that was needed and bed was very comfy. Staff were excellent, Monica in dining room is especially lovely and caring every time we have stayed at the Salutation. Xx

Salutation quite shabby now as is Perth. The room was clean & the shower was good.

The room had dingy outlook to the rear of the hotel so room was dark. We asked to leave luggage when we arrived early. The person on reception did not check if we even had a booking but gave us the code for their luggage storage area. When we returned the door to the area was wide open so not secure. Its a labyrinth to get to the room because of the different levels. I appreciate it is an old building!
