Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. De locatie was top, in het centrum van Perth.

We reisden met ons vieren en onze kamers lagen verspreid over het grote pand. Daarnaast waren de (bad)kamers niet schoon van al onze 4 kamers.

Breakfast had a good range of food clearly labelled. Good to have biscuits and tea/coffee and a kettle .The room had a newish carpet and newish floor and wall tiles . Location is very near the river and a short walk to the station .

The finish in the bathroom was very scruffy -woodwork was peeling and paintwork needed redoing. Some of the grouting needed redoing . Scaffolding covering building. The area and surrounding buildings seemed very run down.

Not much

Lift not working 56 steps to our room. Dusty foosty smell. Very old fashioned. Stairs carpet didn't look like it had been hooved in months and not replaced in years. Decor was from the 70s. Not value for money. Didn't realise we didn't even get breakfast. Would not return or recommend to friends.
