Salutation Hotel

Well located in Central Perth. It’s a very historic building but the public areas are in good condition. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom recently upgraded and although small was well appointed.

It’s a rabbit warren of corridors with stairs that aren’t great for limited mobility! There is a lift if you’re lucky enough to have a room not needing stairs to access.

Its over 2o years since we last stayed good to see it hasn't lost its charm great location, a comfy room, hearty breakfast friendly helpful staff

Good location and bed was comfortable.

The room was small, The two wall plugs were behind the bed. Had to pull the bed out to plug in cell phones and watched. Good thing I had a very long cord. Worst shower ever! Hardly no water pressure. Warm water at best and there was hardly any water coming out. Miserable shower! Will NEVER GO BACK!

Excellent value for money. Centrally based and great for exploring Perth which is a lovely city. Staff were lovely, especially with are pug, Hercules who was made to feel very special.

Unfortunately there is no parking on site. Not too inconvenient though as there is a large public carpark just around the corner that is free from 18.00 to 8.00. you can pay for parking anytime after 18.00 and it will go on the time from 8.00 the next time so no real problem at all for our one night stay.

Das Hotel hat was. Es ist etwas verbaut und reizend altmodisch. Im viktorianischen Speisesaal sind die Tische so schief wie auf einem alten Dampfer. Das Haus hat Tradition. Hier waren die Beatles, David Bowie und Charlie Prince Charlie. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Der Bau ist insgesamt renovierungsüberfällig. Leider fangen die bei der historischen Fassade an, die leider eingerüstet war.
