We loved our stay! It had everything we needed. We had the best 4 nights here & will definetly be coming back again. It was such great value for money as well. Free parking, close to everything but far enough away from the city to be nice and peaceful. Our room was big, spacious & clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy, we had the best sleep. The water pressure in the shower was great. Fresh towels & linen daily, the room always smelt so nice too. The continental breakfast buffet was perfect, so many things to choose from to eat, all fresh & the cooked food was piping hot. We honestly couldn’t fault it & thank the staff for all their hard work keeping the property clean & welcoming for its guests.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years. Couldn't get TV other than their foxtel selection. Had no menu for the restaurant available and bathroom so small you could not sit straight on the toilet. You would be better to stay under a bridge instead and save yourself some money

Great room. Very comfortable bed.

We booked 3 nights at Garden City Best Western, and this included buffet breakfast in the motel’s restaurant. On arrival we were welcomed and settled into our room. The room has a queen bed, table and chairs and two other comfy chairs. TV has streaming apps. There are power points either side of the bed for charging devices which were fairly easy to access. Canberra is very easy to drive around and found Garden City a good base to do so. Buffet Breakfast was the usual bacon, eggs, sausages, grilled tomato, baked beans as well as a range of juices, yogurts, breads, fruit. The young girl managing the restaurant did a great job.

We were very happy with the high standard of hospitality offered by Garden City Hotel, the one minor problem we had being dealt with promptly and efficiently. We had a four-night stay and were impressed and gratified that our room was fully serviced daily - not so common these days.

We have had to move 3 times to find appropriate room we have booked in the middle of the night. They offered a refund for one night but it did not eventuated. In sum they wont see us again.

It was a quiet location. Easy for public transport. The hotel was very clean and bright. Room was very clean with nice thick towels and robes. Reception was pleasant and helpful. I didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment.
