Hilltop Motel

It had a toaster in the room and a microwave but no utensils or plates very strange

A very clean place to stay — the bed was comfortable, the linens were spotless, and every area was well-lit. The WiFi signal was strong, and since they knew there were four of us, they thoughtfully provided four bottles of milk for our coffee.

The kitchenette didn’t have any plates or bowls, even though they were shown in the room photos when I booked. Also, from the bedroom to the bathroom, the floor in the kitchenette area is slightly raised, so you need to watch your step.

Too small no room for twin and the shower and the full bathroom set up was terrible

Toilet door didn’t close, no screen on bathroom window and only 1 ABC channel on tv nothing else at all.

I was particularly grateful that, when I advised that we had left a shirt in the cupboard, the staff was only too happy to forward it to our home address.

Everything was totally satisfactory, though I was rather sorry that no-one was there to greet us, or farewell us in the morning. The personal reception, I think, is super important, as tourists have questions, such as recommendations for dinner, places to visit, etc. However, the communication I had with staff was very friendly and helpful.
