Only the fact that it was close to the port to catch ferry to Busan

Felt unsafe, the area didnt feel safe as females wanting to walk around, not clean, room didn’t look like it was cleaned in days, uncomfortable beds, sheets felt dirty, overall the experience wasn’t that great, but we had no choice but to continue with our stay as we didn’t really have much of a choice being our first time there and because of location wise it was close to the port.

숙소의 위치는 항구쪽이라 외곽이지만, 숙소 5분 거리에 버스 정류장들이 많이 있습니다. 숙소 주변이 주택들이라 조용해서 좋습니다. 화장실은 좁긴하지만 욕조도 있고 수압이 아주 강해서 좋았습니다. 가성비로 따지자면 최고라고 볼 수 있습니다~!

윗층과 옆방의 소음이 조금 있습니다. 불편할 정도는 아니었어요~

マリンメッセでのコンサートと観光兼ねて3泊させて頂きました。 とにかくマリンメッセに近く、徒歩5分ほどで非常に助かりました！！ 海が近いので、海沿いをお散歩するのも楽しかったです。 福岡はどこに行くにも電車よりバスを使う印象だったので、バス停が近くに何個かあるのも良かったです。 お部屋も全く不便なところはなく、2人分のキャリーケースを広げる余裕のある広さでした。 いくつかメッセージにて分からないことを質問させて頂きましたがお返事も迅速に頂けて良かったです。

強いて言うなら玄関が強風のときガタガタ音がなるのと、 水道の関係なのか何かは分からないのですが定期的に「ガコンっ」と音がなるぐらいですかね... 玄関とお部屋をつなぐ扉を閉めれば気にならなかったので、個人的には評価が下がるほどではないかなと思いました。

トイレやバスタブに毛が落ちていた。特にバスタブは明らかに陰毛だった。本当に清掃をしているのか疑ってしまった

Very clean, good location, facilities are excellent, easy to use and very high quality (washing machine, laundry detergent, clothes rack), overall quite comfortable, very secure and safe.

Bed abit uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle, pillows are too soft and keep sinking, lift is smelly and dirty, balcony is not very nice, due to hatch on the floor.

Das Appartement war groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Es ist in der Nähe des Hafens.

Eine Leselampe am Bett wäre schön. Wenn man im Bett liegt, kann man sein Handy nur über ein Verlängerungskabel, dass dann im Zimmer herum liegt laden, weil keine Steckdose in Bettnähe ist.
