Comfort CUBE PHOENIX S KITATENJIN

The location was close to our conference venue. Although a bit far from Tenjin. But it was selected of its distance to the congress hall. Value for money compared to nearby hotels. The facilities was okay. The Room is spacious. The kitchenette, bathroom, toilet are all okay. Check in and check out was not a problem as long as you follow the instructions. Internet Connection was great.

There are not enough utensils in the kitchenette. There was not a study desk and chair. We have to sit on the floor. The towels are enough but they are not hotel quality (not thick enough). The tea and Coffee sachets provided should put into account the number nights the guests Stay. We got only the provision for one Day. It will be Great if we have more. Semoga

Good location with convenience stores and bus stops nearby. The place was clean.

A bit difficult to adjust shower water to right temperature and pressure.

Great value for a very comfortable and quiet location that was clean and had a balcony with a small kitchenette. Already plan on booking again if we come back to Fukuoka.

One pillow was very flat while the other is way too overstuffed. I tried asking for another pillow but it couldn’t be arranged. I slept on the overstuffed, high pillow for one night and ended up with an extremely stiff upper body.

The accommodation has complete amenities and staff was very responsive.

Location is not that good since it's far from the city center although there's a lot of konbinis within a short walk.

It had a small kitchen area and washing machine with detergent. Rice cooker. Separate toilet.

Self check in was a little problematic. You need to send personal details through which I didn’t like. Can’t leave your luggage there if you arrive early. Communication was problematic. Only one skinny pillow. No bedside lamps so only light at night was a glaring room light. Bathroom has no space to hang clothes, towels and to put your toiletries. Tiny bathtub. Location was out of the way but ideal if you are going to use the ferry. Just a few minutes away from the terminal. 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station. There was a lovely tiny Michelin rated ramen restaurant close by.
