CUSTOMER SERVICE: Horrible experience - when dealing with receptionist. You are greeted with "where's your credit card details" at time of check in. Even though you paid with credit card and they already have those details. THIS IS FOR INCASE YOU BREAK SOMETHING SO I CAN CHARGE YOU"" You enquire as to if you can have pool towels, you are then greeted with "you are free to do whatever you want, the pool has bugs in it - but it has been cleaned" We go in the pool - all ok there is still a lot of sediment in the bottom personally it should be vacuumed. ROOMS: Are excellent clean condition, beds are comfortable, have everything you need ample tea, coffee, milk and amenities. The only one thing is there is no light directly above the shower in room 1 so you will need to bring your torch if you are showering at night OVERALL, the gentleman was very kind, very helpful and had a great disposition. It would beneficial that the relief manager could also be more welcoming and inviting to a family travelling in after a 6-hour drive.

Very warm welcome, delicious dinner in the restaurant, room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a great nights sleep between 2 big days of driving. Thoughtful touches such as enough milk in the fridge for all the family and a windscreen washer bucket to clean car windscreen as we took off! Will definitely stay again, great spot.

The room was good It had everything you needed, The beds were comfy, you can park right in front of your room which is convenient, the man which I believe owns the place is really nice.

Whoever the lady in the office is needs to be sacked.
