The hosts offer traditional Croatian hospitality, providing us with the best figs we've ever had in Croatia.:) The location is excellent, and the accommodation is very clean. Communication with the owners was great, especially since the owner speaks English fluently. Guests have access to a new pool and can enjoy stunning views. The property is an ideal base for a relaxing stay, with Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti Islands within easy reach.

The view is good.

This apartment is DANGEROUS. I fell down 1.5m into an unguarded and unlit stairwell beside the apartment on arrival, while going to look at the pool. It was 12:30am, and pitch black outside the apartment, but we were excited to be in Croatia. I broke both wrists (one shattered, dislocated and punctured the skin, requiring several rounds of major surgery, in Croatia, having external fixators fitted, and in the UK, which is still ongoing, and life-altering) and also needed 4 stitches in my head. My daughter had to hold my head wound closed until the ambulance arrived, and I have not had use of my right hand since then. It is likely to be permanently disabled, and I will have a scar across my forehead for life. There was no guard rail, and the security light did not work. The owner refused to hand over security camera footage to support our insurance claim. She also said, about the light and the incident, "<shrug> well, **** happens". Unable to travel on to Montenegro after emergency surgery, and immobilised, she still demanded extra payment for the additional nights we needed to stay until our return flight, despite the apartment being available. The shower has a persistent leak, and the electrical wiring is loose and buzzes. The owner said she would "maybe think about" getting a protective rail installed at the stairs, and the shower fixed. Obviously the holiday was beyond ruined, and was mainly an exercise in patience while we waited for our return trip. I'm writing this review in the hope that no one else suffers the same fate, or worse, and to maybe prompt some action from the owner. Booking.com have offered only €135 "compensation". In a way I'm lucky I only destroyed my wrist; this could have easily been a fatality. I've added photos to "Let other travellers see through your eyes".

The views from the pool and our balcony were spectacular. You can see 4 islands and the sunset is beautiful. Property is close to Zaton and Dubrovnik is a short drive away. Owners were a lovely couple who welcomed us warmly, gave us freshly picked figs from their garden and provided helpful advice.

The most lovely views and hosts! Wake up and take in the beautiful Adriatic from the master bedroom. Two balconies are available to sit and enjoy the scenery. The owners are fantastic and made us feel like part of their family. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of outlets and storage. The bathroom, with a washing machine, was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped and provided everything necessary to prepare meals for our small family. There is plenty of room to park and convenient to drive to old town, but far enough away from the crowds to relax. The pool, grounds, flowers and patio are simply magical. This was one of our favorite airbnbs ever, and we travel to many places!

Fabulous hosts. Breathtaking views and lovely accommodation. A small swimming pool to cool off in, and a sample of village life in Croaia. There is a bar and shop 20 minutes walk into the village, and hosts Maria and Stefan are exceptionally helpful, with local information. We didn't have a car, but the bus stop is only 10 minutes walk away if you want to travel further afield. Or you can just chill by the pool and take in the outstanding scenery. Accommodation was perfect for what we needed.

Everything was pretty much spot on. Cooking was a little limited with just 2 cooking rings, but I guess this is pretty standard.

We stayed 4 nights with my wife and my kid. If I could have put 12/10 I would have done it! First of all, we were received very well with a nice discussion and some recommendations. They even offered us some drinks. Then the place itself is incredible. A view that you couldn't even dream of, a nice swimming pool and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We didn't miss anything during our stay and Mariia was anyway very helpful for any request we could had. We spent a lot of time sharing moments and experiences, they advised us a lot of places to visit or to eat... We will come back for sure! Thank you for the home made wine, the home made olive oil, but overall thank you for your great company ❤️

The property was on the outskirts of Dubrovnik- ideal for visiting the city. The view from our apartment was magnificent and there were some nice restaurants near by. The owners were extremely helpful, going above and beyond what one would expect. The property was clean, well equipped and air conditioned.

Nothing at all- but you do need a car.
