I was up graded to a deluxe queen room without asking! Quiet and very comfortable and warm on a very chilly night

Good location easy check in even though there was no reception, clean

Reasonable value for money, and available at short notice. Bed was comfortable, but the room layout was poor.

The whole complex , including my room, need a total refurbishment.

Enjoyed the vibe re environment atmosphere !

Because of wet weather when you entered the room through the kitchen I was concerned that husband or I could have slipped on the floor tied from walking on from the rain perhaps a nice looking non-slip would make you feel not so vulnerable re slipping.

I liked the keyless entry into the room. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

It was stated that there was Daily housekeeping, which didn't happen. We were there for 4 days over the weekend and I expected the housekeeping to happen on Saturday and Sunday but no one turned up. In fact even on Saturday I left the appropriate note on my door to say that it needed to be serviced but it wasn't touched. The cleaner was in the area and so on Saturday when we left to go out for the day I left the door partially open. Thinking that I would help them so that they didn't have to unlock the door. But when we got back rather late that day the door was still open because no one had bothered to service the room. Very disappointing.

What a great hotel. Keyless entry, everything you could need. Not far from the shopping part of Kingston. Awesome shower.
