Botanical Motel

Very clean and quiet. Simple checkin and parking. Easy parking and great location. Excellent restaurant open all day. Well done

We would have liked restaurant open not much choice nearby

1. The shower outlet drained very slowly. 2. The shower has no door, so a lot of water went onto the floor in front of the shower, then slowly flowed across the floor to cover the rest of the bathroom. When I used the toilet in the night, I was standing in water. 3. The reverse cycle heater above the front door probably worked okay, but it's location in the short thin corridor to where it opens out into the rest of the room meant that the heat never really warmed the room well. We had it on 25 all night and the room was still cold the next morning.

The room we had was incredibly noisy. It was like sleeping inside a machine. I had the worst night's sleep ever there and I could not in all conscience recommend stay at this motel. It does, though, have a good restaurant and I would return to it for a meal.

Stayed here often over the years. Perfectly located in centre of town. Neat and tidy however overall rooms are dated and modern renovation should be done.

All good, a little noisy as the rooms are very close to the road.

Ran out of hot water, ripped curtains, bathroom fan stopped working, sticky tables.

I booked the motel specifically to eat a ribeye steak . The kitchen does not open Friday to Monday . Amenities water ok
