The hotel was very well situated for my purpose as I had to attend an event at the Grey Lynn Library. Dinner on Saturday & breakfast. The very helpful staff. The bathroom.

The Sunday roast we were forced to eat as the normal menu was not available. It was awful and I had invited a guest. There were no bedside lamps. The towel rack did not heat up.

Location was pretty good

The beds were not comfortable ended up with aches and pains in my should the next morning, the channel selection on the TV was poor

"The stay was good."

Property was good, good location.

The room had a smell like it has not been used for a long time. When l arrived, the receptionist was away and had to wait for about 10-15 minutes beforw he came. The wifi is public and prone to hacking when you use it for logins. Had to use our own data for protection.
