Very pleasant reception fellow. Early check-in and luggage storage after checkout. Spacious room with good heating and bathroom/kitchen facilities. Easy walk to the city center

The reception man was very helpful and pleasant as we arrived late due to the bus arriving into Christchurch one and a half hours late. The room was clean and warm and had a small kitchenette which suited our needs. 15minutes walk to the bus Interchange on good flat footpaths - ideal fro moving suitcases as you walk, We were able to leave our suitcases there before we caught our next bus later in the day.
