City Central Motel Apartments

Good location right across the road from the new stadium. Has the look of a site slated for redevelopment like all the properties around it.

Spacious room and comfortable - but relatively expensive compared to other properties nearby.

Good Location - very Central, across the road from the new stadium, close enough to walk to Rockpool, Riverside Market. Available to book at the last minute when we found our original booking fall through and we were stuck.

The carpark seemed to be being renovated, which ment carparks were scarce. Our unit was tired and could do with some upgrades. The accommodation was overpriced for what it was. They'll be making a killing due to the stadium being just across the road, and their location.

Great location, spacious room and nice beds

Bathroom is getting a bit dated and shower pressure isn’t great.

The location is great for what we do when we visit Christchurch.

We've stayed here before but have noticed the place is going down hill. Cleanliness was noticeable worse this time and we had to get two pillow cases replaced because of stains on them.

Good location, clean, spacious.

We arrived after-hours and found it difficult to get the information for after-hours arrivals, which caused us stress.

The property is just near the stadium an within easy walking distance to the CBD and main sites. Our room has a very well equipped kitchenette with enough implements to make a decent meal. We liked the separate bathroom and separate kitchenette area . The staff were vertu helpful and let us leave our car parked for a coupe of extra hours while we did a quick walk down town. The rooms are very spacious . We had plenty of room to spread out our things and had a decent table to sit at for our meals.

The only options on the TV were free to air TV and Sky. It would have been good to be able to connect to our own programs on Netflix etc.
