"We will not return."

Breakfast was descent but not to many selection.

Staff that checked us in was not pleasant. I didn’t know I was charged for parking. The carpet in rm 219 and the entire corridor was so dirty. The refrigerator was not emptied from previous customer. The bed sheet was stained and dirty

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. Would definitely stay again

My 4-year-old was disappointed that the pool heater was broken

Looked good from street. But was discussing inside. Dirty carpet throughout Hotel. No Breakfast as advised. Had to go down the Street to eat. I have Had a stroke and can’t Get around so couldn’t Eat breakfast. Slip-in Bath tub due to no Matt I’m tub. Hurt arm On side of bathtub wall. Ask front deck for A bandage. They didn’t Have first aid kit. I will never stay at any Of your hotels or sister Hotels. What a big joke. Kaaren Book
