The rooms we had were dirty not vacuumed or trash picked up at all n other room had not toiletries and no on answered at front desk

This was unfortunately a very uncomfortable stay. Although I paid for the stay via the hotels app. The clerk still charged my credit card an additional 274 dollars. From the clerk to the assistant general manager, never once did I hear an apology for the clear mistake. The clerks were defensive and combative. Making the stay very difficult.
