"Excellent"

Property was clean, good location. Last day had a call out, so no hot food for breakfast. Then there was a gas leak and a little confusion. First told to evacuate, then told to go back and gather all our things ascwe wouldn't be allowed back in.

Check in clerk was friendly. Overall hotel was clean and quiet. AC in units worked great.

Parking at night was taken. Gas leak made us get evacuated from building. Was not offered complimentary discount for major inconvenience, regardless if its unforseen circumstances or not. Mini fridge needs defrosting. No breakfast was made. Bagels and muffins and fruit is not breakfast. Morning clerks were not as friendly.

The service was great. The hotel is a little run down from age but I would definitely stay there again because the location is very convenient for my business in Phoenix.

It was a little odd to have to go next door for breakfast. But that would have been okay except for the fact that they basically ran out of food before the breakfast hours were done and quite a few people left with nothing. There was cold cereal but nothing left to toast, no eggs, no hot cereal etc. If they are feeding guests for two hotels then it seems like there should be enough food to accommodate both hotels.

The carpet on the hallway from the elevator is so filthy and so is the carpet inside our room.
