"Centrally located complementary breakfast"

Centrally located, close to Grand Canyon University. The key cards were difficult at times and we were locked out by the pool for about five minutes. Our toilet ran the whole night and it did not work. Bedding was comfortable, TV worked well, the air conditioning ran well. The morning breakfast was good. It’s nice that they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The location is safe. It’s likely rare that we had a broken toilet. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available when I called them at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night.

"Hotel disappointment"

The front desk lady on Aug 5th was a complete disgrace. After my wife and I show her our itinerary and proof of payment for the room, the rude front desk lady wouldn't allow us to check in and as a result I almost died from heat exhaustion smh. I still haven't even received a refund yet.

I didn't like the fact that my lady and I couldn't check in and it was to no fault of our own.

We loved the size of the room! It's amazing to have the extra space!

Breakfast was a bit sad. It wasn't being serviced efficiently and things were empty. The milk was also spoiled and lumpy.🤢 Many lights in the parking lot were out.
