"Unprofessional."

I got there at midnight and waited 10 minutes to be attended. Than they told me I was overbooked so I couldn’t get a room but I paid for it through booking. I also wasn’t able to get a refund.

They were rude and didn’t take me in after I paid for a room.

Bed and chairs were comfortable. Amenities in the room were all right.

Exterior of the premises could be cleaner. There was trash strewn about, and the walkways certainly needed cleansing. Floor in the corridors also needed cleaning with trash strewn there, too. Refrigerator had water leaking from somewhere inside. Clock was not available in the room either.

We had roaches in our room and i have a baby so that wasnt good our bathroom wasnt working at times and the bathroom tub had hairs so meaning no one cleaned

"Not worth the $, rather have paid a bit more for an actual good spot."

Not worth the almost $100 at all. Picture shows the “included breakfast” .. this is pathetic. What a waste of money and definitely not probably mentioned. Also booked a 1 bed for a reason and first room given was two bed and had to request for the room booked originally.

La atención del personal podria mejorar un poco, miré que si eres turista te piden muchos requisitos y a otras personas no, quizas podrian mejorar muchos aspectos del trato al huesped

El estacionamiento olía muchísimo a orines, en general es buen lugar

Clean and well accommodated…. It’s the best deal in town. Staff are friendly and helpful. I paid less than average room rate and found twice as much value…

Location. Had to walk from the train.
