Hilton Garden Inn Folsom

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me Hilton points for the cockroaches.

My room had 2 cockroaches and wasn't cleaned while I was there.

good coffee, didn't know if breakfast was complimentary so I didn't eat breakfast.

Pool needed skimming, other than that perfection!

After arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn in Folsom, I was served by Lynne down at the hotel restaurant service is absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The amount of care and respect show was incredible. If you have a chance to meet, Lynne know that you will have a great experience.

Spent a few days at the Hilton Garden Inn while traveling for work. The staff was very helpful - easy check in, good restaurant recommendations, and quick responses for anything else I needed. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the service was excellent (thanks Lynne!) in addition to the food being tasty. Hotel amenities were nice as well. Overall great stay, especially for the budget friendly price. I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, especially LYNN! She helped us with ordering some of the most amazing food on the menu, extended happy hour prices, even though we were a little late and suggested the best bottle of champagne. She remembered us during our stay and was so sweet and gracious. The hotel is very clean & classy. Well definitely be back.
