"Wonderful experience"

Staff was professional & very nice! My reservation got messed up due to a computer error but the associate accommodated us with no problem. Rooms were clean & comfy. Rooms don't have a lot of light and a little small but very modern & had plenty of outlets to charge phone & all my electronics. Definitely enjoyed my stay with my family

"300/10 New Go-To Spot"

Been here twice, i left a review before but i didn’t know much about it when i did. so im leaving another one. This hotel is amazing, the staff are the absolute sweetest human beings i’ve ever met. Raj, the general manager is probably the best example of someone in that position i’ve ever interacted with. They respect privacy, preferred names and pronouns, I have horrible anxiety, and I a lot of times have trouble socializing, but they made me feel right at home. Lynn in the kitchen is amazing, Ruby is hilarious and very sweet. Mandy is the best. I seriously can not say anything negative about this hotel. Good wifi, clean rooms, comfortable bathrooms and showers. Even my dog loved it there, and everyone loved her. When we came back the second time, everyone was so genuinely happy to see us, and they made sure to welcome us back any time we needed. 20000% making this my go to hotel. I was honestly sad to leave. And everyone there is genuine, it’s not just the customer service facade. Yes, its pricey but if you can afford it it’s so worth it.
