"We will be contacting Booking for a refund. 3 ladies had to pack up and change rooms in out pajamas at 11pm."

Location was good.

The staff wasn’t able to address noise issues after 10:30 pm full blast tv next door used by elderly customers and before 6:30 - 8:30am am 6 very loud young adults in the pool area outside our window.

Customer Service was excellent! Thank you, Alyssa! The bed was comfy and we loved the motorized window blinds. The safety bars (plentiful) and bench in the bath enclosure made bathing worry free.
