"Best hotel "

The staff there is excellent. They are warm and friendly and extremely kind. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My wife and I were there for a week, and were greeted each morning by the staff genuine warmth. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay in. The price is extremely reasonable.

The front desk lady (Victoria) Accommodated our request for first floor room. It was late but she was still willing to verify room was ready and make the change. She was very helpful and made our stay a good experience.

1. Staff entered my room to check the ac filter, twice. 2. Staff entered for NO reason without me opening up the door. He couldn't even explain why he entered. 3. Can hear people walking on third floor. Noisy. 4. No hot water on one occasion. 5. Ventilation in hallways, stale, smelly. 6. Breakfast, just coffee and cheap muffin.

Daughter on her honeymoon arrived at the hotel around/after midnight. The front desk clerk said they needed to check to see if the room was ready. They took a bottle of fabreeze and a rag up to the room. They came back down and said the room was ready. Went into the room, and it smelled awful, even after the fabreeze spritz. All serfaces in the room were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Afraid the sheets were not clean, clothes were slept in. Had no choice but to stay as it was after midnight.

The entire hotel was unsatisfactory.
