"Move Over Holiday Inn, extend your stay , without all the Pay ......"

Everything is always clean, friendly and firm staff, I like the noon check in . I don't feel like I waste money here. Their very worth it.

There was nothing, that's hard to say in some places.

"Great stay!! The staff is wonderful!"

The check is was very pleasant and easy because Oscar was so nice and welcoming. So far our room is awesome! Wish there was an ice machine but I can make my own in the kitchen with full size fridge and freezer. We will definitely use Extended Stay in the future!

"The Best Place to Stay!"

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Everyone was so nice, my room was nicely decorated, clean, with plenty of places to put my things, a great tub, comfortable chairs and mattress. I also loved the view! Another great thing was that the location was centrally located making it easy to travel to different destinations. Thank you so much! I will look forward to coming again when I return to Colorado Springs! !

"Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff"

Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly and resourceful. I like a non smoking policy, new beds during our stay, easily accessible to locations, environment feels safe, located right next to some of my favorite stores, Costco, Trader Joe’s, easy fwy access, nice view from our window.

"The staff is wonderful, corporate does NOT support them"

The staff was AMAZING. That is all. The ONLY good thing about my experience was the staff. They went above and beyond to help manage the computer crashing. I feel "corporate" did NOTHING to help their employees. You left them out in the cold to deal with this massive problem without the support of the person who SHOULD have done their job.

The computer system went down when I needed to stay an additional night; my friend was in the hospital. I was travelling with my dog and when the computer system crashed, the emergency keys only opened each individual door. I was exhausted from being at the hospital and the emergency keys would not open any other doors. I left at check in time and slept in my car that night.
