For what it is and what you pay for this is the spot. With a competitor in the same price range a block away this place is miles above.

First time here and everything was and still is amazing. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality! The rates are very reasonable and definitely beats an ordinary hotel. If you're staying longer than a weekend I recommended staying here when your in Colorado Springs.

The management staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and close to many things. Overall, a very nice place.

Our room was not ready on the day of check in. They had to go clean it. They were having a problem with the room key system, which lasted several of the days we stayed there. The staff were hit or miss. Some were great and some had an attitude. We were never able to get clean towel after the day we checked in and we were there for six days. The hotel had a weird smell in the hallways. They advertised having breakfast. A granola bar and coffee is not my or my husband’s idea of breakfast. There are way better all around hotels to stay at in Colorado than this one.

There really wasn't anything we liked.

The place reeked of cooked rice and fish. The carpets were worn and frazzled, and in our room, the carpet threshold going from the kitchen to the living area was even taped down with duct tape. The refrigerator was SO LOUD that we had to unplug it to sleep. The temperature was very inconsistent, warm, cold, warm, cold. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom, but we got one from the front desk, and it only worked on HIGH. The walls in the hallway were scratched and fairly beat up. The vents were dirty. I do not understand how this hotel was rated in the 4s and up. That is the only reason we stayed there for a night. We would never choose to stay there again or recommend it.

The "free breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired. Coffee, small muffins and Nutri Grain bteakfast bars.
