No breakfast No hair dryer (although I didn’t ask at the desk)

It took forever to get help when we checked in. We were basically ignored. Our floors were dirty in the kitchen area and bathroom. We won't be staying here again. The only plus was the girl who checked us out was nice.

If you're considering staying here...don't wait. Book it. At the front desk...Oscar and Danielle are amazing. They've treated me like family from day one. Then Noah and Okie in housekeeping are beyond welcoming. ...rooms and service are A1. ...Rooms are affordable. Nephtali, you have an amazing team. Thank you for the hospitality.

Room is clean, front desk is helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to food , drink, and recreation. Coffee is hot and strong. Laundromat is affordable.staff is friendly ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..&200

I would like to give a thumbs up for two staff members of ESA #311. Daniel who works the front desk always goes out and shovels and puts down ice melt at every entrance. She does a better job than some of the male staff 👍 and we have had plenty of snow here already in Colorado. Alicia is the other staff member who deserves some kudos. She only works one day a week but for those of us who live here, she makes such a positive impact on everyone who passes by the front desk! Job well done by both of these ladies and management should recognize as such 🤠

Breakfast was not a wholesome breakfast

A refund for having to check out EARLY 2 days I stayed there paying booking .com for the full time I told the front desk we tried for several days w/booking .. com they spoke w/people there in administration for extended stay and Angelica at admin gave booking.com (Maria) the front desk # and they never answered - I was 6 months pregnant my husband had left for military assignment and I immedialy needed a place to stay until a flight became available for me - no one at the front desk ever made sense or knew hot to handle this and had zero control to refund me regarding a 2 day early check out because I had to leave since i had been notified of a flight available and HAD to take it I was there from Jan 12 - Jan 24th - and PAID THRU 26th people at the front desk kept ASKING ME for money for my 2nd week which was paid in advance ALSO - THE BUTTONS ON MICROWAVE DIDN'T WORK IF I attempted to use the smoke alarm would go off

Alicia at the front desk is the only thing that made me give this four stars however she is definitely five stars and by far the nicest and most hospitable of all staff. She went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get my room cleaned for over the month I stayed she even changed my sheets herself and went out and personally bought me a swiffer to help me. Aside from giving me new linens when needed I was unable to get any real service but please note the other two ladies at the front are also really nice but sadly for the rate I was paying I should’ve been able to get service at least once a week but apparently they don’t even offer it but once every two weeks and if you miss they won’t come back no matter how many times you request it. Also the maintenance guy was really nice. Please note they do not offer a breakfast daily it’s just coffee and Otis Meyer muffins…

I didn't do breakfast because I had mine but I was told it was muffin and oath. I believe it's ok

The staff, environment, and the room

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator had a notice saying it was going to be shut down. The notice disappeared around the date it was supposed to be shut down, so I'm not sure if the issue was resolved. I took the stairs most of the time I was there. Also, found bed bugs.
