It was clean and staff friendly. Smell good and it had quite a bit of good details.

The toilets backing up and the rooms are left dirty. The hotel is over priced at this time.

It is something that you have no control over, but I wish that it was closer to the beach.

This hotel has a roach infestation problem. Upon arriving when we got our room there were a ton of roaches on the bed, kitchen counter, bathroom and floor. Then when we complained we received another room that smelled of smoke, mind you this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. This room also had several roaches.I use to frequent Sonesta hotels but after this experience I never will again. It made me want to stop doing hotels all together. Just disgusting. I was charged and told I would receive my money back but never got it back.

I liked that it had a kitchen for cooking in. It was quiet and offered gym and wash facilities for my clothes . It was a perfect home away from home . Bed was extremely comfortable , room was very clean with no odors . I could not even tell if any pets had ever been in my room and did not even know they allowed pets until I saw a customer coming in with a pet crate It was very convenient to stores , restaurants and my family
