"Hot and noisy "

I don’t usually like to complain about hotels but my A/C was very minimal and my room stayed around 75 degrees the entire two days I stayed, and I had the curtains drawn day and night. There was also a mechanical room next door to my room that had a piece of equipment that turned on and off and cause the wall to vibrate for 10-15 minutes.

Dwy was amazing, actually listening to what she been asked; nice and open about everything. Very good place to stay at, dine in at, to have fun at, but their survey bad. Asking me more than I thought. Anyway, they are good! Don’t want this on people, since they are awesome!

Wonderful experience as always. Come for business and always find it a smooth relaxing time. Bartender knows her stuff, cook is on point and will flex if you're picky like me. Must stay and easily accessible to many other good food and drink spots.

Great hotel for business or leisure. All staff very accommodating and customer friendly. They strive to please. You can tell upon arrival the hotel takes priority of a very clean appearance of their premises. All rooms are newly remodeled. New comfortable beds await. You can see the evidence of attention to detail of the renovation. Restaurant for breakfast and/or dinner with a variety of tasty choices. A full bar is on plan for next renovation. Presently temporarily improvising on the full bar service. Hotel is 5 minutes from the Oakbrook mall and other restaurant locations. One suggestion for improvement would be upgrading the exercise center equipment.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I wish we had been notified before our stay that there wasn’t a chef on site and that we had been compensated for this inconvenience.
