"Awful!!!!"

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in them for two years for work. Staff doesn’t like to work (clean the rooms) then if you say something to front desk they give you an attitude and don’t care. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Don’t waste your money!

"Rooms need brighter lighting "

Fairly new very good 3-star hotel. Housekeeping is done every other day, which seems to be what hotel chains are pushing to save money at the expense of customer service. No safes in the rooms. Only complaint is that lighting in room was very dim. With today's energy efficient LED bulbs, no room should look like it's lit by candlelight. Rooms should have bright lighting available.
