"It had what it I needed for a night."

It had a stove, full size refrigerator and sink in the room.

It’s old and you can tell. There hasn’t been any maintenance or renovations done to this location probably since it was built. The listing says Extended Stay Lemont when booking, but this place is not located in Lemont. Which is misleading as I was specifically looking for some place closer to Orland Park. I booked a 5 night stay, but checked out after the 1st night. Found some place closer to where I needed to be.

"somewhere between bad (but not Bad) and mediocre"

The sheets were clean, and everyone we talked to was accommodating and wonderful

The mattress was broken, bowed in the middle. There were no plates or utensils or pots and pans, why would you not include that? It's an extended stay! There was no closet and the curtain that had been in front of the"closet' shelves was gone. And I have never been to a hotel in the US that didn't have a safe, and it was very surprising that you didn't.

The toilet did not work properly and I had to take the lid off the tank and play with the parts to get it to work. We were only going to be there overnight so I did not bother to call for help. I am 6 foot 7 inches tall and the toilet was like sitting on a paint can, almost on the floor. I can't find my registration information on your site but the booking number is 4496083847 and I believe it was for a king size bed and handicap accessibility. That is not what we had! A very small bed and the toilet thing. The guys who helped me sign in and out were great, but you really need to take a look at the facility and bring it up to date. USB charge plugs in the room would be a good thing as everybody is using so many of them. A positive for the room was the heat. It was plenty cold outside and we were good and warm inside. The TV was difficult to see from the bed or the chair. Too small and too low. Otherwise the layout of the room was good especially for an overnight stay.
