There was no breakfast

Could hear neighbor upstairs.Walls are thinking. Refrigerator made a loud noise the entire stay.

The bed was comfortable and there were 4 comfortable pillows on the queen bed. The bathroom was clean and the various soaps were provided. The office staff was very nice and helpful.

There was no breakfast, we made our own. That's where the problems were. There are 2 burners, similar to hotplates run by a timer. It was confusing trying to get it to retain the heat. The timer on the wall seemed to regulate it. There were 2 plates, 1 saucer, 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 forks, 2 knives and 2 spoons! There was a 4-cup coffee maker and no salt and pepper shakers. The office had the small packets. There was no plug for the sink, so we used the dishwasher daily for our few dishes. Had to ask for the soap packet every day. There was a long counter to eat on and work with tablets, but there was only 1 desk chair and 1 lounge chair. There was no 24 hr. coffee available. There was coffee in the a.m. in the lobby.
