Woman traveling with 3yr old son. Poor customer service, very well used rooms, terrible smell in both rooms I considered. Not very clean, very concerning in regard to safety & security for single woman + children. Troubling encounter with man found squatting in hallway — was clearly not sober and this was daytime.

Our bathroom floor should have the grout deep cleaned. Also the grout on the edges of bathtub were all pulled away and should be redone
